Delete your FreshFlock account
You can delete your customer or farm account here, or in the app under Account.
What is removed
- Your name, phone, email and password
- Saved addresses, cart and notifications
- For farms: bank details and product listings
What is kept, without your name or contact details
- Order, payment and refund records, for tax and accounting
- Reviews you wrote, shown as a deleted user
- Support tickets and farm documents, as required for safety and legal records
Deletion takes effect at once and cannot be undone. Open orders and tickets must finish first.
